When you hire people, you receive an invoice for their services. But is it well organised? Recommend us and be assured that the freelancer has his affairs in order, is DBA compliant and well insured. Via Verloning.nl you will receive an all-in invoice, without surprises afterwards.
You can no longer tell the difference because of the abolition of the VAR (Declaration of Labour Relations), the law BGL (Concept No Payroll Tax) and now the law DBA (Deregulation Assessment of Labour Relations), which will be replaced by a new law in 2012, and the ALT (Employment Contract Low Tariff). The aim of these laws is to clarify whether or not you are working with a real self-employed person, whether or not you are dealing with bogus self-employment or whether the freelancer's fee is sufficient to work as a self-employed person. With Verloning.nl and our model agreement, we take this worry off your hands by means of the withholding tax, as a result of which the contractor works entirely on a DBA protected basis and you never have any surprises afterwards.
As a client, you want to be sure that everything is well organised, such as the indemnification by Verloning.nl and clear agreements with the freelancer. With a client account on Verloning.nl, you can easily recommend us and you have an overview of all invoices and freelancers. Also, use our model agreement where you can easily record the agreements. These can be signed with iDIN in a legally valid way.
Of course, you determine the work to be carried out, the rate (minimum 15 euros) and the payment term (standard 14 days) together with the contractor. The freelancer will send you an invoice for the delivered work in accordance with the agreement. As a client, it is nice to have clarity. We therefore always ask you to use our non-dispute button so that the freelancer immediately knows that you have accepted the invoice. Of course, you only have to pay according to the payment term.
